What is unique about Florida Referral Network is that we help people relocate from all over the World. And we do this FREE OF CHARGE to all individuals who use our service. We also provide access to emails, newsletters and articles on trends and growth in Florida real estate.

When the member is ready to buy, FRN connects them with real estate brokers in the geographic areas of Florida they are interested.

Darren Ellis from England was looking for a place to invest in a holiday home. Ellis came to Central Florida for recreation and was interested in the development in the Celebration area. In just two days, FRN found him a bank, mortgage company, tax accountant, furniture package, property manager, insurance and title company..and he never had to drive to any of them.

"They picked me up and took me where I needed to go, from start to finish." he said. " It was an enjoyable experience, that was hassle-free and I still had time to enjoy the rest of my vacation."

"The Brits don’t know where to start, and I am fascinated by the knowledge that FRN has on this area," Ellis said,, adding that people he’s met through transactions are the people that he goes to dinner with, plays golf and does business with. FRN has made a contribution in Ellis’name to a nonprofit organization in England.

Emma Roberts has lived in Cairo, Egypt, and various locations in the Middle East, and England, because of her position with the government. She said many of her colleagues are in the same boat, and called herself a "nomad" because of her frequent moves.

"We have no real roots and there will come a time for all of us with the department when we want to retire, " Roberts said.

Roberts added, " FRN is one- stop shopping, with their large amount of connections with so many different businesses that are needed when you relocate."

"Everyone wins!" exclaimed a delighted Steve Orsini, former Director of Athletics for the University of Central Florida (UCF). The university is the first recipient of funds from Florida Referral Network’s (FRN) College Giving Program. In fact, FRN has pledged $200,000 in donations through real estate transactions made by UCF alumni, faculty and staff participating in the network.
